"Midnight Dreams" A small "writing" of mine

"Midnight Dreams"

As the night comes down

There in the shadows,

there are two candles that burn

Like a reflection in the mirror

On this wind blown night.

And the shadows are dancing

around in the moonlight,

On this wind blown night.

And the candlelight brings out the magic

of the moment,

like the reflections in your mind

And the reflection in those mysterious eyes

of yours,

And the magic that only two lovers can share

So bring up the wind,

for you know that

You fill the night with the wind,

and the rain,

and the water.

Oh, for one night,

You know that just for this night,

That those shadows will fill up with desire,

Like the reflections of the candles that burn.

It's amazing and your very good at it. Along side with music, poetry is also what I love......read and I've been writing poetry for a few years now....on scrap paper, napkins and it ends up sitting in a shoebox....lol.
